JOHN VEDDER

Being a high profile figure in such a demanding industry finding time to exercise can be difficult but not for John. Having come to Mark Anthony`s initially to lose weight, John has surpassed that and not only lost a staggering 9kg from the 6 Week Body Plan but improved  his strength and flexibility rapidly to a point where he introduced his wife to the plan which he achieved such great results from. PETER PAGE

Peter started training at MA`s during the start of June 2011. His goal was to increase his atheletic physique. When he joined us he had a chest injury from an operation, Peter was unable to do a press up, and I am so proud to say that he can now do many press ups as well as a variety of the more advanced press ups. He gained strength and dedication to his training and he has achieved the goals he specified to us. As every person serious about training, they should always continue to set new goals. So far, he is able to bench press 80kgs and sprint at 23km/ph. His over all physique has changed dramatically. DITA AND AMER BAIG

Dita came to us with a goal to maximise fat loss/weight loss in a set period of six weeks. She was 94kgs. This woman did not cheat on her diet or miss one single session. Her end result was a massive 20kg weight loss which is a record at our club and she continues to develop her body currently weighing 67kgs. Amer had serious health concerns as well as being over weight he had a severe lower back problem and could not walk down the road without bending over in agony. He went on the 20 Week Life Change Programme and under both Mark`s and my guidence he has overcome his back problem to the extent of being able to walk uphill for 30 minutes on 10% gradient 5.2km/ph with no back pain whatsoever. He gained a great weight loss and changed his eating habits for the good.  JOSEPHINE BOURNEBUSCH

Being a famous actress can be extremely difficult to constantly stay in shape and sometimes even harder to improve. What Josephine achieved during her six week plan was remarkable. A super sleek, toned and trim anatomy with a total inch loss of 18 inches, a body fat reduction of 12%, weight loss of 14 pounds and a huge grin to match all of it.                             Mark Anthony

 

DOMINIC CHAMBERS

Since joining us a year ago Dominic`s fitness has moved to a level where he is training five times a week. His ability to recuperate from exercise is nearly immediate and I love training him. His work out ethic is to always give me 200% and we`re now working on boxing which helps to iliminate any stress built up in the shoulders and keep him fighting fit for the rest of the day.                            Senior Trainer Joe Wicks

 

ALIX BONAMI

I started working with Alix in the summer of 2009 and in the beginning she was seeing me twice a week. Her physical level improved so much especially her flexibility and her attitude towards exercise changed in a positive way. For the last few months we have inreased her sessions to three times per week. THERESA LAING

Theresa has been training with me for over a year. She has been very consistent of her training and has never failed to attend 3 sessions a week minimum since starting thus following her periodized workout routine to its fullest. Her nutrition plan has been followed religiously and she has been very disciplined and committed by taking in adequate quantities of nutrients at the most appropriate times to ensure optimal results from her training. I combined her workouts with a structured nutrition plan that I constantly monitored by getting her to write out a food diary every two weeks and made her focus on to 1-2 aspects every 1-2 weeks throughout the course of her training to continue to make improvements. I also used the food diary to cycle the food sources that she used to get  nutrients from so that her body never got used to them therefore constantly gaining the benefits. Her focus and determination towards her training and nutrition has led to a body fat of just 18% being extremely low for a woman, with the average being 25-30%. Theresa has managed to achieve an athletic and toned body which she continues to make improvements to. She has developed pronounced detail in her back, toned her upper pectorals and has brought out distinctive definition in her shoulders, biceps and triceps.
