PERSONAL TRAINING
Body Test
Before commencing a training programme, everyone is advised to complete our basic assessment Body Test. This method is used to look at each client's postural alignment, body fat, resting heart rate, weight, lean muscle mass, hydration and flexibility. There are also tests to measure each individual's muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning and abdomen strength. As well as taking measurements, we conduct a complete overview of your current diet which enables us to discuss meal planning with you. We also take the time to discuss and understand your current state of wellbeing. Using all this information, we can then design your own personal Body System training programme.
Metabolic Assessment
Undergoing our metabolic test will enable you to take all the guess work out of your exercise and optimise your potential by training intelligently. It involves configuring your exact training zones, lung function tests, and measuring your resting metabolic rate.
This specific information is key to weight management and will establish your daily caloric requirements.
VIP Body System Package
If you are constantly in demand, or you have an incredibly busy schedule, we can provide the solution to your health and fitness needs before you resort to more drastic cosmetic procedures. We're here to remove all the fuss and stress you might have known in the past.
Our VIP body system package involves picking you up from your home or work in one of our chauffeured cars, so you can arrive at the Mark Anthony club relaxed and ready to give your best. Our complete service also includes taking you back safely after your personal training session. On top of that, having calculated your body's exact nutritional requirements before the programme starts, we are then able to deliver every meal right to your doorstep, packed, cooked and ready for you to enjoy.
Add to all this our signature training programme, and the result is a perfectly tailored 6 week plan - a body conditioning weight loss programme that is entirely unique.
3 Tier Body System
Our carefully conceived programme consists of three separate cycles, all four weeks in length. They are: strength and conditioning; movement and core stability; and cardiovascular conditioning. Each client will pass through each stage of physical activity, with the result being complete conditioning by the end of the twelve week period. The system requires that three sessions are performed per week, ensuring that every client's personal training is delivered with absolute precision.
On The Go
As part of our comprehensive service, we are able to bring the Mark Anthony programme to your home, nearest gym, office, or any other training space within the M25. Unless you have your own exercise equipment which you would like to use, our trainers provide all the required apparatus to allow you to experience one of our unique Body Systems. Alternatively, our trainers are able to formulate your own bespoke exercise formula that meets your individual needs. Every programme is meticulously designed and always delivered with Mark Anthony's stamp of approval as he personally oversees every client's progress.
Our 'On the Go' training hours are from 6am till 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am till midday on a Saturday and Sunday.
GROUP FITNESS
Studio Cycling
Using indoor bikes and motivational music, this class is the ultimate cardiovascular workout. It's without doubt one of the fastest ways to dramatically improve your fitness and to get rid of any unwanted body fat. Choose from either of the following programmes:
Mountain Climb.
This class is geared towards intermediate to advanced levels. It includes the use of hand weights with specific movements to complement your cycling experience. The result is an invigorating workout with maximum benefits.
Fat burner.
This class is offered at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, allowing you to work at your own pace. The class involves using exercise bags while on and off the bike to provide you with a complete fat burning workout.
Pilates
Develop core strength, flexibility and agility with our signature Pilates group classes and one to one sessions. We believe simple Pilates should be at the centre of all our clients' structured exercise programmes.
Body Conditioning
This hour long class is the perfect way to add definition and tone to your body. We help you concentrate on your target areas by following our 'priority principle'. Our group fitness instructors work with you to fulfil your potential, going beyond what you expect from your body and pushing you towards achieving sensational results.
Acceleration Class
Our Power Plate vibration classes facilitate a full body workout compressed into just 30 minutes. Even just one or two classes a week will help you gain increased muscular and core strength resulting in better muscle tone. We recommend supplementing this form of exercise with other forms of cardio activity for a complete training programme.
Fusion Yoga
Our signature fusion yoga promises to enlighten, invigorate and bring increased flexibility to your body at the same time as improving your wellbeing. A must-try hour long class helps to remove the stress of everyday life whilst elongating all those tight muscles.
Ab-lab
Our trademark moves are guaranteed to radically improve your abs. This group session works on isolating and educating your entire core. Each movement works on a specific area, making this class the perfect preparation for your summer holidays. Advance bookings only.
